After Blue Nebula had worked with Media in Africa on their other media properties, they approached us to redesign the logo for one of the trade publications they published – Walls & Roofs magazine.
To give it a separate identity from Floors magazine but keep a familial link, I used Franklin Gothic Extra Condensed. To inject a bit of whimsy, a flowing ampersand intertwined with and connected the two words.
